We have been building out our new databases QUICKLY.
We have our new Jump Rope Workouts Database, our Healthy Recipe Database and even our Celeb Diet Plan Database that we created and were able to quickly fully launch to you guys.
So while I will still be having our regularly scheduled TWO jump rope inspired workouts this week – and we’re currently building the database going back and forth from Marvel to DC characters for inspiration – I also wanted to add this one as a special bonus.
While our Wonder Woman Inspired Jump Rope Workout was technically our first jump rope workout routine to land on the site solely as a jump rope workout, and even that was WAY before we structured our database and decided to grow it, we also had our Darth Maul Workout Routine and I included a five round jump rope circuit that people are continuously going back to.
For that reason I’ll be sharing it here in it’s own article so that members can find it within our Jump Rope Workouts Database and continue to use it within their circuit style training.
If you’re a member of The SHJ Army you’ve probably noticed that our Workout Database is growing into all different areas, but being that jump ropes are so effective, efficient, and portable, I made decided to make them a priority.
With our Superhuman System being as successful as it is I also recently released our Jump Rope and Calisthenics 30 Day Superhuman Booklet for members to take advantage of as well (after running a 30 Day Jump Rope Challenge inside our Academy) and I’ve been blown away with the results.

This Darth Maul Inspired Jump Rope Workout will be slightly different than the others we’ve seen (and will see) in the sense that it won’t specifically take movements and tools that directly relate to Darth Maul’s character (like we saw a Gorilla Bow for Hawkeye and a weighted plate for Captain America’s shield), simply because this is one that has become part of his character from sharing it as extra training for his original [full] workout routine, which I shared above.
That being said, it’s a KILLER workout and will still help us tone up, cut fat, and work on our agility; which are all things we want to do if we’re going to be training to be like Darth Maul.

The Darth Maul Inspired Jump Rope Workout

Explanation:
Our new jump rope workouts can be completed in multiple different formats and are extremely easy to scale. They emulate our Superhuman System training and are incredible for both beginner and advanced users. You can complete them by doing the “Rounds” as sets (and breaking in between), or complete the entire thing as a circuit with no break (while keeping track of your time and looking to improve the next time you do it). You can also scale by dropping the sets, or scaling the movements; as well as adding breaks where needed.
Also, don’t forget to eventually level up your jump rope and/or speed rope as you progress through these jump rope workouts.
