Welcome to our first ever week that will be devoted to adding anime characters to our new Jump Rope Workouts Database!
Starting with SHJ Army Member favorites: Goku and Deku!
We now have TONS of Anime Workout Routines at SHJ, and our entire Workout Database is quickly nearing 1,000 routines, but anime characters are proving to be more and more popular.
Next week we’ll hit 25 different anime shows featured at SHJ and I have a huge listicle planned to celebrate.
You can of course find them in the database I linked to above, but our workout routine listicles are fun as well.

That being said, this will definitely not be the first time we see Goku here at SHJ.
Actually, we have quite a few Goku inspired workouts floating around.

Although My Hero Academia and some other animes are getting pretty close to having their own as well….
Okay, before I go on and on about how awesome anime is here at SHJ, I do want to explain that this will still be based around Goku’s overall abilities, I just won’t be going into a huge breakdown from his Wiki Fandom page like I normally do being that we’ve already been through that a couple times.
So we’ll be looking to work around superhuman strength, speed, agility, endurance and more!
Being that jump ropes are so popular right now, being how effective and efficient they are, it’s nice that they’re also going to be extremely useful for our speed and endurance portions as well.

The Goku Inspired Jump Rope Workout

Explanation:
Our new jump rope workouts can be completed in multiple different formats and are extremely easy to scale. They emulate our Superhuman System training and are incredible for both beginner and advanced users. You can complete them by doing the “Rounds” as sets (and breaking in between), or complete the entire thing as a circuit with no break (while keeping track of your time and looking to improve the next time you do it). You can also scale by dropping the sets, or scaling the movements; as well as adding breaks where needed.
Also, don’t forget to eventually level up your jump rope and/or speed rope as you progress through these jump rope workouts.
