- 3 tablespoons of PB2
- 3 packets of zero calorie sweetener
- 1/2 cup of Quaker Oats Oatmeal
- 1/4-1/2 water (depending on how you like your oats)
- Combine your PB2, sweetener, oatmeal and water.
- Note: I use a little less than a half a cup but it will depend on how you prefer your oatmeal to come out of the microwave.
- Mix all until well combined.
- Microwave for 60-90 seconds.
