We’ve already had our Daniel Craig Workout Routine and Diet Plan as well, but now I want to take a deeper look at how he eats to stay in incredible shape.
Most sources we’ve looked at for Daniel Craig talk about how he cut all processed foods from his diet and focused in on eating clean and pure food groups.
BUT, there’s another thing that almost every single source can agree on and that’s the precise daily diet breakdown he initially shared with Squidoo as a basis for how his diet functions.

First and foremost, Daniel Craig gave up smoking. There was no compromise on this one. Secondly, he was allowed to drink, but only on Friday nights and Saturdays. If you think he’d mix some protein powder into those shaken Martinis, it doesn’t work. Drinking dehydrates you, and your body needs that hydration to use the protein to rebuild your muscles. Keep this in mind next time you think it’d be smart to make a margarita protein shake.
Daniel also cut out all the crap from his diet, ate 5-6 times a day, cut out carbs in the afternoon and evenings, ate lots of vegetables and fruits, and concentrated on eating high quality protein (fish, eggs, chicken, protein shakes, etc.) “Wow that doesn’t sound like any fun,” you might be thinking. That’s because it’s not fun. It’s boring and you have to give up a lot of the stuff you might like to eat.
We’ve seen some celebrities opt for an approach like this one.
It’s not the most popular diet (eating 5-6+ times a day), but it’s definitely one that a handful have toyed with and some have seen great success with.

Cutting both smoking AND essentially drinking were two huge steps as well, and things that are not to be taken lightly.
Changing up your diet is hard enough for most people, but Craig also gave up two things that can be highly addictive in order to get healthier and transform into Bond.
Keep that in mind when you’re setting your own goals and using Craig as motivation to crush them!
