Started with some Harley Quinn with her hammer, and now it’s time to get wet!
And, by that, I mean we’re going to be adding some swimming to our jump rope training!
We had a bunch of anime workouts hit our Jump Rope Workouts Database being that we were really growing our Anime Workouts Database as well, but then we hopped over to Marvel, and now here we are for DC this week.
I figured why not draw inspiration from two characters that we can really pull specifics from; those being water and a big hammer!
Oh, so if that wasn’t clear: you’re going to be required to swim in the middle of your workout for this one…

We also even saw our Black Manta Workout Routine which included some swimming as well.
But this one is a bit different considering we won’t specifically be breaking down all of Aquaman’s powers (being that we’ve already obviously done that), and will instead just be pulling inspiration from what we already know.
So we’ll be working on strength, speed and agility, while also taking into account we will need to swim (as I’ve already mentioned) for this one to live up to our Aquaman.

The Aquaman Inspired Jump Rope Workout

Explanation:
Our new jump rope workouts can be completed in multiple different formats and are extremely easy to scale. They emulate our Superhuman System training and are incredible for both beginner and advanced users. You can complete them by doing the “Rounds” as sets (and breaking in between), or complete the entire thing as a circuit with no break (while keeping track of your time and looking to improve the next time you do it). You can also scale by dropping the sets, or scaling the movements; as well as adding breaks where needed.
Also, don’t forget to eventually level up your jump rope and/or speed rope as you progress through these jump rope workouts.
