- 4 Egg Whites
- 2 Whole Eggs
- 4 Slices of Smoked Turkey Breast
- 2 Slices of Sara Lee Low Calorie Bread
- 56g of Low Fat Cheddar Cheese
- I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray (To Taste)
- Salt (To Taste)
- Pepper (To Taste)
- Optional: Ketchup or Hot Sauce
- Mix and beat your 6 eggs together in a bowl.
- Cook the eggs on a pan at medium heat and add your cheese and salt & pepper to taste.
- Toast your bread and spray each piece with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray, then top with your 2 slices of turkey breast on each, with your eggs in the middle.
- Add ketchup or hot sauce if desired.
