Of course if we’re going to have a Winter Soldier Inspired Jump Rope Workout, we’re also going to have Falcon.
And I don’t know about you but I am extremely excited for The Falcon and The Winter Soldier.
Our Winter Soldier inspiration revolved around single arm movements for obvious reasons and now our Falcon inspiration will come not only from being a well rounded soldier but also flight.
I won’t be teaching you how to fly, BUT we’re going to be focusing in on jumping super high along with overall agility and strength training.
This will come in the form of double under skips, and some leg focused movements combined with our full body routine.

As I’ve mentioned in a ton of the other Jump Rope Workouts here on the site each of them is a great solo workout, but they are also super-effective when they’re paired together and utilized on different days of the week!
This is a great lower body workout with some extra superhero sauce added in the form of bonus movements, but can be even better when paired correctly.
So get out there and find your wings.

Explanation:
Our new jump rope workouts can be completed in multiple different formats and are extremely easy to scale. They emulate our Superhuman System training and are incredible for both beginner and advanced users. You can complete them by doing the “Rounds” as sets (and breaking in between), or complete the entire thing as a circuit with no break (while keeping track of your time and looking to improve the next time you do it). You can also scale by dropping the sets, or scaling the movements; as well as adding breaks where needed.
Also, don’t forget to eventually level up your jump rope and/or speed rope as you progress through these jump rope workouts.
