Naruto is one of the anime that is most requested here at SHJ.
For that reason – while we normally add bigger name characters (to see them for a second time in a different variation) to our Jump Rope Workouts Database – I’m going to be adding some less popular characters as well to diversify some shows and add characters we otherwise wouldn’t have seen.
Leading that list off is Kisame Hoshigaki!
The fun part about this is that Kisame is actually extremely powerful and Naruto fans and The SHJ Army love him – he just isn’t one of the most popular characters out there which tend to be requested.
He also didn’t happen to make either of our Naruto lists thus far:
Either way he’ll make a great addition to our Anime Workouts Database.
When we saw characters with weapons like Gon and Killua it was easy to sub their yo-yo and fishing pole for a rope, and even Captain America’s shield for a plate, Thor’s hammer for a kettlebell – but for Kisame we’ll be taking into account that he is known as “The Monster of The Hidden Mist” and the fact that he has some variation of Shark Affinity from his clan.
We’ll do this by mixing our jump rope with some swimming training!

Since we haven’t seen Kisame prior at SHJ, I do want to make mention to something his Wiki Fandom tells us about his physical prowess:
“Kisame had equally immense physical strength and speed, combining strong taijutsu strikes with powerful slashes from Samehada. He could overpower Asuma Sarutobi in melee weapon combat and even Guy, an extraordinary taijutsu master, in their second battle.”.
So don’t be surprised by the intensity of this one!

Explanation:
Our new jump rope workouts can be completed in multiple different formats and are extremely easy to scale. They emulate our Superhuman System and Core Program training and are incredible for both beginner and advanced users. You can complete them by doing the “Rounds” as sets (and breaking in between), or complete the entire thing as a circuit with no break (while keeping track of your time and looking to improve the next time you do it). You can also scale by dropping the sets, or scaling the movements; as well as adding breaks where needed.
Also, don’t forget to eventually level up your jump rope and/or speed rope as you progress through these jump rope workouts.
