We’ve been seeing more and more Fairy Tail Inspired Workouts here at SHJ and I thought it was time to revisit some Natsu inspiration.
We actually had so many requests come in for Fairy Tail characters that we were able to get out Fairy Tail Workout Placement Quiz up as well.
This allows you guys to find the best workout specifically for YOU from among the handful we have in a given series.
That being said, this one isn’t going to be formatted how we normally do our long weekly workouts within The Anime Workouts Database.
This one is actually going to be functioning around a circuit style jump rope workout routine that will look to achieve the Natsu Dragneel aesthetic.

But, as I said, this is definitely not the first Fairy Tail Inspired Workout we’ve seen.

In our original Natsu Dragneel inspired routine we also worked around his physique while taking into account his powers and abilities, but for this one it’s going to be a great circuit to tack on for some extra intensity, fat burn and all around power level increase.
So be ready for super intensity.
The Natsu Dragneel Inspired Jump Rope Workout

Explanation:
Our new jump rope workouts can be completed in multiple different formats and are extremely easy to scale. They emulate our Superhuman System and Core Program training and are incredible for both beginner and advanced users. You can complete them by doing the “Rounds” as sets (and breaking in between), or complete the entire thing as a circuit with no break (while keeping track of your time and looking to improve the next time you do it). You can also scale by dropping the sets, or scaling the movements; as well as adding breaks where needed.
Also, don’t forget to eventually level up your jump rope and/or speed rope as you progress through these jump rope workouts.
