When we first started our JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure Inspired Workouts we saw Dio and Jonathan – but this week we’re doubling up on Dio and Joseph!
They are both the newest additions to our Jump Rope Workouts.
And before you guys start going crazy, they’ll be joining Jotaro who has already hit SHJ multiple times as a fan-favorite and top requested character!
I thought about hitting a character like Gappy, Johnny or even Giorno – but Joseph’s popularity soared in his original full workout routine when he first hit the site.
Don’t have a jump rope!?

As I said, this is definitely not the first JoJo Inspired Workout we’ve seen.

Similar to Dio, who we saw this week as well (if you missed that part earlier), Joseph is BIG and powerful.
So we’ll be training around mass for this one as well with the intensity coming from the circuit aspect and jump rope training and mass and strength gain coming from the weight training.
We’ll also be prioritizing full body training like we did with Dio’s circuit to make this one a great choice to fit into training any time you really want to step up the intensity and challenge yourself.

Explanation:
Our new jump rope workouts can be completed in multiple different formats and are extremely easy to scale. They emulate our Superhuman System and Core Program training and are incredible for both beginner and advanced users. You can complete them by doing the “Rounds” as sets (and breaking in between), or complete the entire thing as a circuit with no break (while keeping track of your time and looking to improve the next time you do it). You can also scale by dropping the sets, or scaling the movements; as well as adding breaks where needed.
Also, don’t forget to eventually level up your jump rope and/or speed rope as you progress through these jump rope workouts.
