While we normally only add characters to our Jump Rope Workouts after they’ve already had a full weeks worth of training added to our Workout Database, we’re making another exception.
We recently had a few bonus Baki characters added to our jump rope workouts as well (to join the others already there) following the release of our Unofficial Baki Workout Booklet, and now we’re doing the same for Black Clover.
This week is a big week for our Black Clover characters, and you guys made it clear you want Lolopechka!
Our Unofficial Black Clover Workout Booklet launched this week and Lolopechka was a must inclusion for our Anime Workouts Database.
She came in at number eleven among our most powerful Black Clover characters and even made it onto our runner-ups among our most popular Black Clover characters.
So you could see why she deserved her slot!

Since we haven’t seen Lolopechka here before I do want to mention that for this one we’ll be working mostly around her overall aesthetic.
Lolopechka is a water magic user like Noelle Silva, but Lolopechka is extremely powerful and also wields immense magic power and even has a Devil Form!
So while we will focus this around her aesthetic, I’ll also be keeping in mind the fact that she is one of the most powerful characters in the entire series and deserves intensity in the circuit to match.

Explanation:
Our new jump rope workouts can be completed in multiple different formats and are extremely easy to scale. They emulate our Superhuman System and Core Program training and are incredible for both beginner and advanced users. You can complete them by doing the “Rounds” as sets (and breaking in between), or complete the entire thing as a circuit with no break (while keeping track of your time and looking to improve the next time you do it). You can also scale by dropping the sets, or scaling the movements; as well as adding breaks where needed.
Also, don’t forget to eventually level up your jump rope and/or speed rope as you progress through these jump rope workouts.
