Continuing on with our Fullmetal Alchemist Inspired Workouts we’re back for another workout for Edward!
We’ve obviously already had our larger Edward Elric Inspired Workout, but now it’s time to add some intensity to the list of the Elric routines.
While Edward’s true talent was obviously in his alchemy, he also sported a lean and shredded physique, which is what we’ll be shooting for by building this jump rope circuit.
This will be a great addition to any of the other full weekly workouts you can find within our Anime Workouts Database.

Since we’ve already broke down Edwards abilities in his original article we will be skipping the full research section this time around but I did want to recap on the fact that this is also great to add into another full weekly routine to add a bit of intensity into your regime and allow you to help shred some extra fat.
Oh, and the best part?
I’m keeping it completely bodyweight and calisthenics based so that you guys can throw it into ANY routine, regardless of your set up.
Edward Elric Inspired Jump Rope Workout

Explanation:
Our new jump rope workouts can be completed in multiple different formats and are extremely easy to scale. They emulate our Superhuman System and Core Program training and are incredible for both beginner and advanced users. You can complete them by doing the “Rounds” as sets (and breaking in between), or complete the entire thing as a circuit with no break (while keeping track of your time and looking to improve the next time you do it). You can also scale by dropping the sets, or scaling the movements; as well as adding breaks where needed.
Also, don’t forget to eventually level up your jump rope and/or speed rope as you progress through these jump rope workouts.
