We can’t launch our Unofficial Fullmetal Alchemist Workout Booklet without having Father on the site in some form.
Of course we’ve seen Father come up in other articles, but we needed to at least make sure we have some workout inspiration land on the site the week of launch!
We have a bunch of our sins, AKA Homunculi, within our Fullmetal Alchemist Inspired Workouts Database, so Father has obviously been brought up even outside of our FMA lists (which I’ll link to below), but now it’s time for him to make an appearance.
Even if it is just a small routine (not a full weekly one like we normally see within our databases) being added to our jump rope workouts.

But, like I said, this definitely isn’t the first time we’re seeing a Fullmetal Alchemist Inspired Workout here at SHJ.

This, unlike most of the characters we see within our Jump Rope Workout Database (with the exception of just a handful) is the first time we’re seeing Father, so we’ve actually never gone through a full research section like we normally do within our larger workouts.
So I just wanted to be clear about the fact that we’re building this one out around an insanely powerful character and I am writing this one up to represent achieving a lean and shredded physique, but also to become incredibly powerful at the same time.
Be ready for high volume, heavy lifting, and intensity!
Father Inspired Jump Rope Workout

Explanation:
Our new jump rope workouts can be completed in multiple different formats and are extremely easy to scale. They emulate our Superhuman System and Core Program training and are incredible for both beginner and advanced users. You can complete them by doing the “Rounds” as sets (and breaking in between), or complete the entire thing as a circuit with no break (while keeping track of your time and looking to improve the next time you do it). You can also scale by dropping the sets, or scaling the movements; as well as adding breaks where needed.
Also, don’t forget to eventually level up your jump rope and/or speed rope as you progress through these jump rope workouts.
