Notes about The Top Cards in Evolving Skies
Evolving Skies is a set full of insane Eeveelutions. If you're looking for a set to grab awesome Eeveelution and Rayquaza cards from, this is a great choice. YouTuber TwicebakedJake even stated that this would be one of the sets he grabs as a new collector being that it's so full of hits.
I tacked on two runner ups for this list being that they just missed the top ten by a dollar or two - and they're definitely awesome enough to warrant being on the list. I'll also be including five runner ups at the bottom of this article that come pretty close in price and are just as awesome!
