We’ve already seen our full Chris Evans’ workout routine and diet plan research that actually has this workout listed on top of two others, and research into his nutrition, and then I split off and shared his leg workout and now his shoulder workout separately to make it a bit easier for you guys.

We’ve had a full weekly workout from Evans’ Cap training, but this one is going to be specifically focusing in on his shoulders (just in case you missed that part).
In an interview Evans’ mentioned:
“Chest is exhausting. Triceps always hurt. But I love shoulder exercises,”
So, naturally, he also shared some of his favorite shoulder exercises, which is what we’re going to be breaking down below.
This isn’t the extent of his training. He has obviously switched it up between roles and different goals.
