Joining our list of the top five anime to watch in 2022 is our one and only runner up: Blue Lock.
Blue Lock is still extremely popular, easily making it into the top ten most popular airing anime right now - but it did die down ever so slightly after being out for a few months now and the initial hype going away.
That said, people are still requesting Blue Lock inspired workouts like crazy!
Right now they live inside our Sports Themed Anime Database, but with the amount of requests we're getting I'm actually considering giving them their own slot!

Coming in at number five among our top five anime to watch in December of 2022 is My Hero Academia Season Six!
My Hero Academia has been one of the top anime since its release back in 2016. Now we're on season six and it continues to be one of the most popular anime, as well as having huge surges into the top five any time a new season comes out.
On top of that, Deku and the heroes in My Hero Academia continue to be some of the most popular choices her within our Anime Workouts Database, motivating tons of people out there around the world to get active.

NUMBER FOUR: SPY X FAMILY

Coming in at number four on our list of the top five anime to watch in December 2022 is Spy X Family.
Spy X Family's first season released earlier this year, in April, and the hype has still not fully left!
We're still growing out our Spy X Family database, but for now we have the top three choices: Anya, Yor and Loid!

Coming in at number three among the top five anime to watch in December 2022 is one that continues to top the boards for anime, manga, character workouts and more!
One Piece has been popular since it's air date 23 years ago.

Next up, just missing the number one slot among our top five anime to watch in December 2022 is Chainsaw Man!
Chainsaw Man exploded in popularity even before the announce of the anime, which made the announcement come even quicker.
We had hundreds of requests coming in for characters just with the release of each volume of the manga, which tells you just how popular the series really is.

NUMBER ONE: BLEACH: THOUSAND YEAR BLOOD WAR
Current Season: One (16 seasons of Bleach)

Anime Air Date: October 4, 2004

Coming in as the top anime to watch in December 2022 is Bleach: Thousand Year Blood War!
Bleach has been around for a LONG time, similar to One Piece, but stopped airing new episodes nearly 8 years ago.
That said, the popularity was still there (clearly) and the new Thousand-Year Blood was is a sequel series covering the manga's final story arc.
Bleach was already extremely popular within our Anime Workouts Database, but this new arc exploded it all over again.
