This definitely isn’t the first time we’ve featured Michael B. Jordan here at Superhero Jacked.
Not only is he a major case study in my book Superhuman Secrets, but we’ve also had quite a few different workouts and research from him land right here on the site.
Most of which involve his trainer Corey Calliet who you can see standing next to him in the image.
Here’s some of the workouts and information we have from him thus far:
- Michael B. Jordan’s Creed Workout
- Michael B. Jordan’s Killmonger Workout
- Michael B. Jordan’s Top Five Calisthenics Workouts
We also recently saw Mark Wahlberg and his F45 Circuit Style Workout and these two are extremely similar in the approach they’ve taken to their fitness.
They’re guinea pigs, but have trained to both bulk up and tack on size and also incorporate tons of circuit style workouts and calisthenics to keep tone and shred fat.
And if the below circuit is the type of workout you’re into you can check out more freebies by visiting the multiple circuit workout categories:
But the mecha for circuit training and the best mix of calisthenics, scaleable/guided workouts, and the training that will help you reach The Superhero Physique and Peak Superhuman Performance is right here at SHJ with our Superhuman System.
Whenever you’re ready to step it up a notch we’ll be waiting.
