Who doesn’t want abs like Sylvester Stallone?
Sylvester Stallone’s ab workout is on our Top Celebrity Ab Workout List for a very good reason: he’s ALWAYS had shredded six pack abs.
It also helps that our source for this workout is literally his own book.
Now I’m not saying this is absolutely 100% the most ultimate six pack ab routine, BUT, I am telling you that this is how Stallone trains his abs on top of the other fat burning and shredded programming that he utilizes.
As I explain below (right above the full workout): Stallone’s ab workout is pulled directly from our full Sylvester Stallone Workout Routine and Diet Plan article but can be plugged into other workouts within The Workout Database extremely easily.
That doesn’t necessarily mean it’s going to be just as effective, but we’re all about plugging and playing workouts and switching it up to keep it fun and sustainable.
It’s also important to note that we’ve talked a bit about how we build a six pack in past articles, so starting with that could potentially be a good idea to really nail down how to best utilize this programming.

Explanation:
These ab workouts were shared in Stallone’s book and are built into his full routine, which can be found here. The routine is a 3 day split which also involves HIGH volume training and cardio, but the ab workouts provided are supersets (technically a tri-set and giant set) that he finishes his training with on the given days listed below.
