The next up this week is another sword fighting badass joining Kirigaya Kazuto is Ichigo Kurosaki!
The two characters are very similar in the sense that they’re both sword-wielding superhumans, but they’re also similar to The SHJ Army because they’re extremely popular characters among anime who have only have a couple characters (including themselves) really requested to be featured here.
We’ve obviously had our Ichigo Kurosaki Inspired Workout, which is a full routine, but there hasn’t been much more come in to add to our Anime Workouts Database!
It’s a good thing you guys at least love Ichigo, though, considering he’s extremely powerful and therefore fun to build routines around.
Ichigo even came in at number twelve among our Most Powerful Anime Characters of All Time – so there’s a reason he gets as many requests from The SHJ Army as he does.

For this one we won’t be going over Ichigo’s powers and abilities considering we’ve seen them in a few articles on the site already by now, but we will still need to keep them in mind while we build this one.
We’re going to need strength, speed, and endurance.
All things that will come while using our rope in between our lifts.
So get ready for a lot of intensity between your lifts and be ready for a full body routine that brings your overall fitness level through the roof to perform like this insanely strong character!
Ichigo Kurosaki Inspired Jump Rope Workout

Explanation:
Our new jump rope workouts can be completed in multiple different formats and are extremely easy to scale. They emulate our Superhuman System and Core Program training and are incredible for both beginner and advanced users. You can complete them by doing the “Rounds” as sets (and breaking in between), or complete the entire thing as a circuit with no break (while keeping track of your time and looking to improve the next time you do it). You can also scale by dropping the sets, or scaling the movements; as well as adding breaks where needed.
Also, don’t forget to eventually level up your jump rope and/or speed rope as you progress through these jump rope workouts.
