We’re stepping up our game when it comes to our Jojo Inspired Workouts, and that means The SHJ Army wants even more Jotaro Kujo as well.
We even recently got a full list of The Most Powerful Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure Characters of All Time and Jotaro was way up towards the top of the list (if that wasn’t obvious).
With that we also have more Jojo characters that will be continuously hitting the site and gracing our Anime Workouts Database, so don’t worry!
But if you don’t already know, this one is actually going to be a circuit workout that can be placed within your training and paired with other routines from our Jump Rope Workouts Database.

But, as I said, this is definitely not the first Jojo Inspired Workout we’ve seen.

We’ve already worked around Jotaro Kujo’s massive physique and overall powerful aesthetic with our first routine inspired by his character, and for this one we’ll be doing the same thing but within a super intense circuit workout.
This will involve big weights, our jump ropes, and a ton of intensity.

The Jotaro Kujo Inspired Jump Rope Workout
Training Volume:

Explanation:
Our new jump rope workouts can be completed in multiple different formats and are extremely easy to scale. They emulate our Superhuman System and Core Program training and are incredible for both beginner and advanced users. You can complete them by doing the “Rounds” as sets (and breaking in between), or complete the entire thing as a circuit with no break (while keeping track of your time and looking to improve the next time you do it). You can also scale by dropping the sets, or scaling the movements; as well as adding breaks where needed.
Also, don’t forget to eventually level up your jump rope and/or speed rope as you progress through these jump rope workouts.
