I told you we were going to be getting a ton of new Avatar Inspired Workouts this week, and I wasn’t kidding.
We started with some new characters and now it’s time to bring on some fan favorites.
Zuko isn’t the first ATLA character to grace our Jump Rope Workouts, and he definitely won’t be out last.
Our jump rope workouts don’t end up on our Workout Placement Quizzes, but it’s still worth pointing out that tons of members of The SHJ Army have used our Avatar Workout Placement Quiz to find the best routine specifically for them.
We even use the entire Avatar Universe for it so you get to comb through some of the Legend of Korra characters we’ve seen as well.
But, now it’s time to discuss the awesomeness that’s about to be had with this Zuko inspired jump rope workout.
Don’t have a jump rope!?
Here’s my list of the Top 5 Jump Ropes and Speed Ropes for Every Fitness Level.
But, as I said, this is definitely not the first ATLA Inspired Workout we’ve seen.
Here are a couple other Avatar: The Last Airbender workouts and articles (with routines listed) that we’ve seen here at SHJ:
- The Most Powerful Avatar: The Last Airbender Characters
- The Most Popular Avatar: The Last Airbender Characters
- Zuko Inspired Workout Routine
As I mentioned, this isn’t the first time we’ve seen Zuko, either.
For that reason we’re going to be skipping through the actual research portion we do for our characters and jumping right into the good stuff!
Knowing what we’ve already learned about him, though: we have our work cut out for us.
We’ll be training with a super high intensity ON TOP of the intensity already brought on by the skipping.
The Yuji Itadori Inspired Jump Rope Workout
Training Volume:
One Workout
(To Be Repeated)
Explanation:
Our new jump rope workouts can be completed in multiple different formats and are extremely easy to scale. They emulate our Superhuman System and Core Program training and are incredible for both beginner and advanced users. You can complete them by doing the “Rounds” as sets (and breaking in between), or complete the entire thing as a circuit with no break (while keeping track of your time and looking to improve the next time you do it). You can also scale by dropping the sets, or scaling the movements; as well as adding breaks where needed.
Also, don’t forget to eventually level up your jump rope and/or speed rope as you progress through these jump rope workouts.
Want To Upgrade This Workout?
The Superhero Academy now comes with an Upgrade Your Workout Tool that allows Academy members to turn any SHJ workout into a 4-8 week fully planned regime detailing exact weights to lift and including reverse & traditional pyramid training, straight sets, super sets, progressive overload and more.
