Our My Hero Academia Workout Database is one of the largest mini-databases within our whole Anime Workouts Database.
For that reason, it’s fun to consistently bring back characters and add other variations to their routines, like this one.
We have also been adding characters to our Calisthenics Workouts Database that may have originally got a full weekly weight training routine – and vice versa.
But, before we add Todoroki to our calisthenics workouts, we’re bringing him into our Jump Rope Workouts Database with a flame meets ice intensity circuit!

And, being that we’ve already broken down Todoroki’s overall physique/aesthetic and his abilities on that post we will be skipping that section here and moving right into the circuit for this one.
But, don’t worry, I’ll also be sharing some other My Hero Academia and anime inspired awesomeness below as well before we get into it.

Quick recap: this workout is a jump rope circuit based inspired by Shoto Todoroki and if you’d like his full routine you can head over to the Todoroki Inspired Workout and have a full week of training inspired by Todoroki with a full breakdown of his background, abilities, and research into why I built the full routine the way I did.
For this one I’m going to be working with fire and ice, so you’ll see a lot of wide to close movements or up->down, which will be there specifically to replicate what Todoroki deals with in his training. The training of opposites.
But, just so you have a brief breakdown of what and why I’m shooting for in this circuit: I’m going to be sticking to calisthenics with this one so all fitness levels can scale it and take on the challenge.
Todoroki Inspired Jump Rope Workout

Explanation:
Our new jump rope workouts can be completed in multiple different formats and are extremely easy to scale. They emulate our Superhuman System and Core Program training and are incredible for both beginner and advanced users. You can complete them by doing the “Rounds” as sets (and breaking in between), or complete the entire thing as a circuit with no break (while keeping track of your time and looking to improve the next time you do it). You can also scale by dropping the sets, or scaling the movements; as well as adding breaks where needed.
Also, don’t forget to eventually level up your jump rope and/or speed rope as you progress through these jump rope workouts.
