The Record Of Ragnarok Season Two trailer dropped recently and we dropped our Unofficial Record of Ragnarok Workout Booklet to go with it, so we’re bringing in some jump rope circuits with the hype.
Just like we started our Record Of Ragnarok Inspired Workouts with Adam, we’re going to be leading off our jump rope workouts with him as well for our ROR characters.
Being that all our ROR characters besides Adam also revolve around weight lifting routines, we’re also going to be sticking to our theme here and building this one strictly around bodyweight training so our calisthenics members of The SHJ Army can fit this into their routines – especially if they’re already using our original [full weekly training] Adam Inspired Workout.

Being that we’ve already broken down Adam’s overall physique/aesthetic and his abilities in that post we will be skipping that section here and moving right into the circuit for this one.
But, don’t worry, I’ll also be sharing some other Record Of Ragnarok and anime inspired awesomeness below as well before we get into it.

Quick recap: this workout is a jump rope circuit based inspired by Adam from Record of Ragnarok and if you’d like his full routine you can head over to the Adam Inspired Workout and have a full week of training inspired by Adam with a full breakdown of his background, abilities, and research into why I built the full routine the way I did.
Since we’re working with an extremely shredded, toned and agile character I’m going to be keeping this one strictly to calisthenics movements (as I mentioned above) for all our bodyweight members out there.
We’ll be keeping it at the high intensity we’re used to see for our jump rope workouts, but all bodyweight training for an awesome add-on to any of your full weekly workouts you have.
Adam ROR Inspired Jump Rope Workout

Explanation:
Our new jump rope workouts can be completed in multiple different formats and are extremely easy to scale. They emulate our Superhuman System and Core Program training and are incredible for both beginner and advanced users. You can complete them by doing the “Rounds” as sets (and breaking in between), or complete the entire thing as a circuit with no break (while keeping track of your time and looking to improve the next time you do it). You can also scale by dropping the sets, or scaling the movements; as well as adding breaks where needed.
Also, don’t forget to eventually level up your jump rope and/or speed rope as you progress through these jump rope workouts.
