Chuck is a business owner, father, and SHJ Academy member who took to his own research, implemented a plan, and lost over a hundred pounds.
I know some of The SHJ Army out there are struggling to become motivated, and some of these other success stories we’ve seen portray weight-loss of 50-60+ pounds…but we have some people looking to lose more…
Well, if this isn’t motivation for you, I’m not sure what will be!
Chuck found SHJ and joined The Academy after much of his transformation took place. He was so motivated to succeed that through his own research he stuck to his new lifestyle and transformed himself into a real life SuperHuman.
Oh, and the best part?
He continues to strive for MORE!
Now let’s jump into Chuck’s Q&A, because I’m sure you guys like that part better than listening to me…

1. Who are you? (If you’d like, tell us about you. Age, Work, Etc.)
Chuck Steele. 40 years old.
I’m a father of two boys almost teens so life is getting interesting.
Small business owner, avid motorcycle rider. Not a biker, I’m an Adventurist! I’m a health coach, and a gym junkie.

2. Tell us about your transformation (weight loss, goals, etc)
I used to really maintain a semi healthy lifestyle. I was never out of control, really. I was in the gym all the time, but somewhere lost track of myself. My job took up a lot of my time (oilfield) and I began to falter on myself. When I hit 314 pounds I said enough, I have kids that need me. I have a life to live.
So I took to reinventing myself. Found an amazing program for weight loss and lifestyle change that I now help coach others through. Lost over 100 pounds, 125 actually.
From there it was time to rebuild my body. So I began researching everything, following some of my favorite bodybuilders like Calum Von Moger. Jeff Cavalier, Jim Stoppani, and Kris Gethin. I spent hours looking up different programs. One day I found Superhero Jacked and seriously was hooked.
3. How did you find SHJ?
When I found Superhero Jacked I was actually looking for Stephen Amell’s workout routine. Which led me to SHJ. Like I said, it was perfect and I was hooked.
4. What program did you start with?
I started with some in home sets from the Stephen Amell’s program.
I still want a salmon ladder!
5. What is your favorite superhero?
Favorite Superhero: Tough toss up, Batman is number one, followed by The Flash and Green Arrow.
Favorite Villains: Joker of course (weird sense of humor) and Deathstroke.
6. Favorite Superhero or Nerd Show/Movie (Can give top 3 of each)
Gotham, Flash, Green Arrow, all the DC movies and most of the Marvel stuff like the Avengers.
7. Whatever else you’d like to add (Maybe some of your own tips for the SHJ Army)
One tip I would have, set a goal and keep your heart into it, put something at the forefront of thought that keeps you driving. For me, it’s my boys, I need to be here for them and set a pure example of what a person can be capable of doing when they set their mind to it 100 percent.
Stay fresh in the mind and stay body positive always.
Ignore everything that tries to keep you down
There’s a million different ways to reach your goals, and finding the most sustainable one is the REAL key to success.
That’s what we strive to allow people to do inside The Academy and at Superhero Jacked.
I LOVE that Chuck uses his children as a motivator.
He’s an entrepreneur, so that’s proof enough that he’s self motivated, but this transformation blows me away.
