Hope you’re ready for a four-day-split of Alexander Skarsgard Tarzan Workout!
After Sebastian Stan led the way with our “new” Sebastian Stan Winter Soldier Workout which was the first full weekly workout routine to be posted outside of a celebrities original article (if they already had one, obviously); it’s time to make room for new ones!
These will obviously, as I mentioned in Stan’s article, be followed up with more articles made up of me sharing the celebrities that have already had a “version two” workout update on their original article, but this workout routine is actually one that has yet to be shared at SHJ and is specific to Alexander Skarsgard’s Tarzan training!
We actually have been recently seeing a ton of new celebrity circuit workouts, and even celebrity ab workouts, outside our main celebrity workouts from The Workout Database, and this has inspired us to grow more and more and add all sorts of new training and structure to our already ginormous database.
In our original Alexander Skarsgard workout we took some information from Skarsgard’s original interview with Muscle and Fitness, but now there is a new three day split that he was also apparently utilizing with the other variation of training that we already shared.

This one is a four day split that involves taking a rest day in between each lifting day to ensure muscle growth and strength building.
