We took a break from our Jump Rope Workouts to crush some regular workouts being that we’re building up to some awesome new listicles, but now it’s time to hit some Naruto!
Not only are we seeing this Naruto Inspired Workout, but we’re also going to be seeing Itachi Uchiha as well!
Our Anime Workouts Database is enjoying the last few weeks of anime workouts, but also is not mad about this swap back into jump rope style either…
We started off mainly seeing superheroes as the main inspiration for our jump rope workouts, but now we’ve gone full circle in the sense that our main Workout Database started as mainly superhero workouts and celebrity workouts and has now grown to have hundreds of anime characters as well.
That being said, I’ve been working on making some fun listicles to make it easier for you guys to find workouts within the database that may otherwise be hidden!
Speaking of, Naruto actually just made it to the top of our list titled: The Top 10 Most Popular Anime Of All Time, which we used Ranker to create based on user votes!
Don’t have a jump rope!?
Here’s my list of the Top 5 Jump Ropes and Speed Ropes for Every Fitness Level.
This isn’t the first time we’re seeing Naruto at SHJ, though.
And by that I mean characters from Naruto, and Naruto himself.
We’ve actually had:
It’s safe to say The SHJ Army loves Naruto.
We even have a full listicle of our Top 10 Naruto Workouts at SHJ.
But alright, it’s time to grab your rope and get ready to have some fun.
The Naruto Inspired Jump Rope Workout
Training Volume:
One Workout
(To Be Repeated)
Explanation:
Our new jump rope workouts can be completed in multiple different formats and are extremely easy to scale. They emulate our Superhuman System training and are incredible for both beginner and advanced users. You can complete them by doing the “Rounds” as sets (and breaking in between), or complete the entire thing as a circuit with no break (while keeping track of your time and looking to improve the next time you do it). You can also scale by dropping the sets, or scaling the movements; as well as adding breaks where needed.
Also, don’t forget to eventually level up your jump rope and/or speed rope as you progress through these jump rope workouts.
Want more like this?
If you want more training similar to this one you can grab our Jump Rope & Calisthenics 30 Day Superhuman Booklet that is built off the aspects we utilize in our Superhuman System and revolves around strictly jump rope and calisthenics to level you up!
Want To Upgrade This Workout?
The Superhero Academy now comes with an Upgrade Your Workout Tool that allows Academy members to turn any SHJ workout into a 4-8 week fully planned regime detailing exact weights to lift and including reverse & tradition pyramid training, straight sets, super sets, progressive overload and more.
