I mean, c’mon: who is more perfect to pair with Deadpool than Wolverine!?
And, if you’re missing what I mean, we also had our Deadpool Inspired Jump Rope Workout this week as well to add to our Jump Rope Workouts Database.
We had been seeing a handful of anime characters and building out our Anime Workouts Database, but with the news of Deadpool 3 coming I thought it was time to make a quick back to Marvel this week.
That being said, Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman are best buds in real life, and Deadpool and Wolverine go nicely together as well, so here we are!

Although Wolverine may not pick up a rope himself, with a ton of The SHJ Army being stuck home during the pandemic, it’s a great time to draw some inspiration from our favorite characters and build out these workouts around their physiques.
A jump rope, as you may know by the fact that it’s one of a fighters prized possessions in their training, is an INCREDIBLE tool for both endurance, getting shredded, and also just stepping up the intensity level of any workout.

Explanation:
Our new jump rope workouts can be completed in multiple different formats and are extremely easy to scale. They emulate our Superhuman System training and are incredible for both beginner and advanced users. You can complete them by doing the “Rounds” as sets (and breaking in between), or complete the entire thing as a circuit with no break (while keeping track of your time and looking to improve the next time you do it). You can also scale by dropping the sets, or scaling the movements; as well as adding breaks where needed.
Also, don’t forget to eventually level up your jump rope and/or speed rope as you progress through these jump rope workouts.
