We’ve already seen a few Attack on Titan Inspired Workouts at SHJ, but you guys are LOVING Levi and Mikasa Ackerman so I thought it was time to bring them back.
And this time we’ll have a quick, but SUPER INTENSE jump rope workout that we’re working with.
When I decided I was going to do a couple anime inspired jump rope workouts this week I realized Levi and Mikasa are perfect being that they’re swinging around in battle every move they make.
We’ll take that and use it as inspiration to get into some more advanced skips during our own training.
These will make it into both our Jump Rope Workouts Database, AND our extremely popular Anime Workouts Database for you guys to work through.
We will also be using calisthenics workouts to get lean and toned, but we’ll switch up the Ackerman’s training to specifically revolve around upper and lower body splits (Levi will be upper and Mikasa will be lower).
Be ready for doubles, alternating, boxer and more skips!
Don’t have a jump rope!?
Here’s my list of the Top 5 Jump Ropes and Speed Ropes for Every Fitness Level.
Oh, and if you’re looking for some other Attack on Titan Workouts…we have them!
Here are a few Attack on Titan Workouts for you to check out:
If you’re not quite ready for the intensity that this routine is going to bring to the table, that’s okay. You can go ahead and scale it down by decreasing the amount of overall rounds, or by utilizing our Ultimate Calisthenics Workout Routine and Guide for extra help scaling.
Also don’t forget that you can scale any advanced skips to regular jump rope skips, or even just jumping jacks!
Alright, now get ready to join Levi and Mikasa Ackerman in the Survey Corps!
The Mikasa Ackerman Inspired Jump Rope Workout
Training Volume:
One Workout
(To Be Repeated)
Explanation:
Our new jump rope workouts can be completed in multiple different formats and are extremely easy to scale. They emulate our Superhuman System training and are incredible for both beginner and advanced users. You can complete them by doing the “Rounds” as sets (and breaking in between), or complete the entire thing as a circuit with no break (while keeping track of your time and looking to improve the next time you do it). You can also scale by dropping the sets, or scaling the movements; as well as adding breaks where needed.
Also, don’t forget to eventually level up your jump rope and/or speed rope as you progress through these jump rope workouts.
