When I was going through the different universes and themes we have in our Jump Rope Workouts Database currently I was trying to decide what route I wanted to go next.
Then I realized all we have from Star Wars inspiration is our Darth Maul Inspired Jump Rope Workout, which was one of our first to hit the database, and we haven’t been back into Star Wars since!
So, that’s why this week we’re jumping our of our Marvel/DC Superhero realm, out of our Anime Workouts and Avatar: The Last Airbender Workouts, and into some Darth Vader and Yoda!
I mean, c’mon, the two OBVIOUS choices for good and bad, am I right?
We actually haven’t seen ANY take on Darth Vader yet at SHJ so this will be the first.
I’ll be sharing some other Star Wars workouts below, but I’m sure Vader will make more appearances here at SHJ in the future.
Don’t have a jump rope!?
Here’s my list of the Top 5 Jump Ropes and Speed Ropes for Every Fitness Level.
Of course if you’re already an Star Wars fan, we have some more workouts for you to check out!
Here are a few more Star Wars Inspired Workouts:
Being that this is our first ever take on Darth Vader we’re going to have to step it up a notch.
That means it definitely won’t be easy, but we’re literally going to be hitting a bit of EVERYTHING for this one.
We’re shredding fat with the ropes and keeping the intensity super high, while also jumping into four different compound movements to have our bodies begging to be lifeless with a nice force choke.
Just kidding…but not really kidding about the part that it’s going to be brutal…in a good way!
The Darth Vader Inspired Jump Rope Workout
Training Volume:
One Workout
(To Be Repeated)
Explanation:
Our new jump rope workouts can be completed in multiple different formats and are extremely easy to scale. They emulate our Superhuman System training and are incredible for both beginner and advanced users. You can complete them by doing the “Rounds” as sets (and breaking in between), or complete the entire thing as a circuit with no break (while keeping track of your time and looking to improve the next time you do it). You can also scale by dropping the sets, or scaling the movements; as well as adding breaks where needed.
Also, don’t forget to eventually level up your jump rope and/or speed rope as you progress through these jump rope workouts.
Want more like this?
If you want more training similar to this one you can grab our Jump Rope & Calisthenics 30 Day Superhuman Booklet that is built off the aspects we utilize in our Superhuman System and revolves around strictly jump rope and calisthenics to level you up!
Want To Upgrade This Workout?
The Superhero Academy now comes with an Upgrade Your Workout Tool that allows Academy members to turn any SHJ workout into a 4-8 week fully planned regime detailing exact weights to lift and including reverse & tradition pyramid training, straight sets, super sets, progressive overload and more.

Dunno why but the idea of Vader jumping rope made me laugh. Otherwise excelent content as always
hey , can you do DARTH VADER inspired workout please
Hey yeah definitely. Shoot a request with the request form in the footer of the site so it’s automatically added to the queue for us to eventually get to.
Hi Mike, I have made hundreds of requests for you to do THE DARTH VADER INSPIRED WORKOUT
Yeah that was a sure way to make sure it doesn’t end up on the site. I am definitely not a fan of spam.
I’m sorry to have spammed but I would have liked so much to train like DARTH VADER but not to do jump rope, I would have liked to start the week with the same training as my idol
I have hundreds of requests from hundreds and hundreds of people that have been waiting months. I lock in workouts that are going to be done weeks before.
