As I mentioned in our new Darth Vader Inspired Jump Rope Workout: this week I wanted to bring us back into the Star Wars Universe within our Jump Rope Workout Database.
We recently spent a lot of time within Superhero Workouts, Anime Workouts, and even just recently getting a couple ATLA inspired workouts as well.
BUT, we haven’t had any Star Wars character show up since our Darth Maul Inspired Jump Rope Workout, so it’s definitely time we make it back over into that universe.
Unlike Vader, we’ve actually had a pretty awesome Yoda Inspired Workout here at SHJ prior to this, which is among a handful of other Star Wars celeb and character workout routines.
That being said, I want to build this one around core strength and intensity.

So while Darth Vader’s routine was built around strengthening up with a ton of heavy compounds, Yoda will focus in on high intensity, skill work, and core strength!
And, just because it’s not as heavy, does NOT mean it’s any easier.

The Yoda Inspired Jump Rope Workout
Training Volume:

Explanation:
Our new jump rope workouts can be completed in multiple different formats and are extremely easy to scale. They emulate our Superhuman System training and are incredible for both beginner and advanced users. You can complete them by doing the “Rounds” as sets (and breaking in between), or complete the entire thing as a circuit with no break (while keeping track of your time and looking to improve the next time you do it). You can also scale by dropping the sets, or scaling the movements; as well as adding breaks where needed.
Also, don’t forget to eventually level up your jump rope and/or speed rope as you progress through these jump rope workouts.
