I’ve been missing Attack on Titan here at SHJ, so I decided this is a nice and easy way to bring it back for us!
I mentioned in our Luffy Inspired Jump Rope Workout this week that I wanted to start adding some more jump rope workouts to our Jump Rope Workouts Database again being that every time I stop I’m emailed frantically by SHJ Army members.
It also is a great way to revisit some of our favorite characters as well.
It’s actually even helping us build out our Attack on Titan characters enough to be able to reach a mini-workout-database for it soon!
We usually do that once we hit 10 workouts from a single anime, show or theme, and that’s why we have different mini-databases within our larger Workout Database and Anime Workouts Database.
Don’t have a jump rope!?
Here’s my list of the Top 5 Jump Ropes and Speed Ropes for Every Fitness Level.
But we also have a handful of other Attack on Titan inspired workouts you can checkout as well…
Here are a few other Attack on Titan Inspired Workouts we’ve seen here at SHJ:
- The Eren Yeager Workout Routine
- The Levi Ackerman Workout Routine
- The Mikasa Ackerman Workout Routine
- The Levi Inspired Jump Rope Workout
- The Mikasa Inspired Jump Rope Workout
So we’re not as close as we are with our Attack on Titan inspired workouts, but we’re getting there.
I guess you guys just have to start requesting more Attack on Titan characters so we can diversify it a bit!
We already did a breakdown of Eren’s powers, abilities and background in his full article, so we won’t be doing that here, BUT I will mention the fact that we have two different things to consider while building this one out…
We have to train for the strength of a Titan, AND the agility and maneuverability of a Survey Corps. member!
Be ready for some intensity.
The Eren Yeager Inspired Jump Rope Workout
Training Volume:
One Workout
(To Be Repeated)
Explanation:
Our new jump rope workouts can be completed in multiple different formats and are extremely easy to scale. They emulate our Superhuman System and Core Program training and are incredible for both beginner and advanced users. You can complete them by doing the “Rounds” as sets (and breaking in between), or complete the entire thing as a circuit with no break (while keeping track of your time and looking to improve the next time you do it). You can also scale by dropping the sets, or scaling the movements; as well as adding breaks where needed.
Also, don’t forget to eventually level up your jump rope and/or speed rope as you progress through these jump rope workouts.
Want To Upgrade This Workout?
The Superhero Academy now comes with an Upgrade Your Workout Tool that allows Academy members to turn any SHJ workout into a 4-8 week fully planned regime detailing exact weights to lift and including reverse & tradition pyramid training, straight sets, super sets, progressive overload and more.

there is rest between exercise?
Not for the jump rope circuits. You can read more about scaling them on the jump rope workouts page. If you want rest and a full daily workout (and weekly split) you can find 2 of Eren’s other workouts in The Attack On Titan Database.
Since I’m completely new to this site or just workout in particular.. I don’t understand what does complete 5 rounds mean.. Do I have to choose any 5 out of the given 10 exercises randomly?
Well let me start by saying if you’re completely new to the site these jump rope routines are addon workouts that are meant to be added onto a full weekly workout (there are thousands of full weekly routines on the site). These jump rope workouts are circuits, so you complete 5 rounds of the circuit. Meaning no rest/break until you complete all movements/exercises 5 times through, one after another.
