The next character to join our Jump Rope Workouts Database is Asuna!
We already had Kirito join it, so we definitely needed to give Asuna her slot as well.
Asuna and Kirito are currently our only two Sword Art Online Inspired Workouts within our Anime Workouts Database, but the requests for more characters are thankfully growing a bit and might even warrant a handful showing up soon and giving them a Workout Placement Quiz of their own.
For now though, at least we’ll have a couple workouts from each of the fan-favorites.
Asuna even recently made it to our list of The Most Powerful Female Anime Characters of All Time, and will also be getting her placement among The Most Powerful Sword Art Online characters as well (spoiler alert).

In our original Asuna Inspired Workout we broke down more about her powers and abilities and even went into her background a bit more to be able to work around her character as a whole with our routine, and for this one we’ll be taking what we already saw there and utilizing it to build out this one into a super intense circuit!
So get ready for a nice mix of volume and intensity because we’re working around one of the most badass and powerful female characters there are.
The Asuna Inspired Jump Rope Workout

Explanation:
Our new jump rope workouts can be completed in multiple different formats and are extremely easy to scale. They emulate our Superhuman System and Core Program training and are incredible for both beginner and advanced users. You can complete them by doing the “Rounds” as sets (and breaking in between), or complete the entire thing as a circuit with no break (while keeping track of your time and looking to improve the next time you do it). You can also scale by dropping the sets, or scaling the movements; as well as adding breaks where needed.
Also, don’t forget to eventually level up your jump rope and/or speed rope as you progress through these jump rope workouts.
