If you guys are enjoying our Jump Rope Workouts Database then I’m going to keep them coming!
It helps me build out our other mini-databases within our larger Anime Workouts Database and overall Workout Database as well, and it gives you guys some awesome circuit training options to tack into your full regimes.
If you want scaling advice and tips then the best place to go is the full Jump Rope Workout Database I linked to above and learn all our secrets!
I wanted to jump back to Saitama being that we recently had Tatsumaki show up after she hit the list of The Most Powerful Female Anime Characters of All Time because we’ll likely start moving towards a mini-database and even Workout Placement Quiz.
That being said, it’s going to be a lot of fun to swap from Saitama’s usual super long run into some skips in place around his other movements.
Don’t have a jump rope!?
Here’s my list of the Top 5 Jump Ropes and Speed Ropes for Every Fitness Level.
But, as I said, this is definitely not the first One Punch Man Inspired Workout we’ve seen.
Here are a couple other One Punch Man Inspired routines we’ve seen here at SHJ:
- One Punch Man Inspired Workout Routine
- Garou Inspired Workout Routine
- Tatsumaki Inspired Workout Routine
We know from our previous Saitama One Punch Man workout that he says in the show his training revolves around 100 push ups, 100 sit ups, 100 squats and 10KM of running.
So that’s what we’ll be doing BUT, we’ll be breaking it down into smaller chunks to revolve it around our jump rope circuits instead of a long daily run.

(To Be Repeated)
Explanation:
Our new jump rope workouts can be completed in multiple different formats and are extremely easy to scale. They emulate our Superhuman System and Core Program training and are incredible for both beginner and advanced users. You can complete them by doing the “Rounds” as sets (and breaking in between), or complete the entire thing as a circuit with no break (while keeping track of your time and looking to improve the next time you do it). You can also scale by dropping the sets, or scaling the movements; as well as adding breaks where needed.
Also, don’t forget to eventually level up your jump rope and/or speed rope as you progress through these jump rope workouts.
Want To Upgrade This Workout?
The Superhero Academy now comes with an Upgrade Your Workout Tool that allows Academy members to turn any SHJ workout into a 4-8 week fully planned regime detailing exact weights to lift and including reverse & traditional pyramid training, straight sets, super sets, progressive overload and more.
