As I mentioned in our new Yuji Itadori Inspired Jump Rope Workout: our new Unofficial Jujutsu Kaisen Workout Booklet just went live this week and it’s time to celebrate.
And by celebrate I mean bring some new awesome Jujutsu Kaisen Inspired Workouts into our Anime Workouts Database.
We’ve already seen Sukuna with our original Sukuna Inspired Workout, but if Yuji is going to be bringing heat into our Jump Rope Workouts, then obviously Sukuna wouldn’t be far behind.
But that won’t be the end of the celebration this week – we have two new characters gracing our databases as well – which are both HIGHLY requested among The SHJ Army.
So it’s safe to say our Jujutsu Kaisen Workout Placement Quiz is going to be much needed for you all to find the best workout routine specifically for you.

Being that we’ve already seen Sukuna and full research into his powers and abilities we’re going to be skipping all the stats and powers and getting right into the actual circuit workout.
And this one will actually be based on both Sukuna’s powers AND our Yuji circuit.
We’re going to be taking the Yuji circuit and adding a drop of intensity with a twist to it.

The Sukuna Inspired Jump Rope Workout

Explanation:
Our new jump rope workouts can be completed in multiple different formats and are extremely easy to scale. They emulate our Superhuman System and Core Program training and are incredible for both beginner and advanced users. You can complete them by doing the “Rounds” as sets (and breaking in between), or complete the entire thing as a circuit with no break (while keeping track of your time and looking to improve the next time you do it). You can also scale by dropping the sets, or scaling the movements; as well as adding breaks where needed.
Also, don’t forget to eventually level up your jump rope and/or speed rope as you progress through these jump rope workouts.
