Our new Unofficial Jujutsu Kaisen Workout Booklet went live this week, and it’s time to bring back some Jujutsu Kaisen characters we’ve already seen and even add some new ones to our database.
Our Jujutsu Kaisen Inspired Workouts are some of the most popular routines within our entire Anime Workouts Database, which means we have to keep them coming!
For that reason we also have our Jujutsu Kaisen Workout Placement Quiz for you guys to find the best workout for you guys.
We’ve actually already seen Satoru Gojo in our Jump Rope Workout Database, which is the place to go if you want to learn more about how to scale these circuits – and now it’s time to add two more this week.
These will be awesome for you all include within your full weekly workouts when it’s time to step up the intensity.

This one is actually even more special than usual because it’s a guest circuit written by one of our Academy members Vin.

The Yuji Itadori Inspired Jump Rope Workout

Explanation:
Our newย jump rope workoutsย can be completed in multiple different formats and are extremely easy to scale.ย They emulate ourย Superhuman Systemย andย Core Programย training and are incredible for both beginner and advanced users.ย You can complete them by doing the โRoundsโ as sets (and breaking in between), or complete the entire thing as a circuit with no break (while keeping track of your time and looking to improve the next time you do it).ย You can also scale by dropping the sets, or scaling the movements; as well as adding breaks where needed.
Also, donโt forget to eventuallyย level up your jump rope and/or speed ropeย as you progress through theseย jump rope workouts.
