We just released our Unofficial Seven Deadly Sins Workout Booklet this week and it’s time to bring back a fan favorite.
Of course we’ve already had our original Ban Inspired Workout, but now we’re back to add some intensity to our databases with Ban as our inspiration.
This can obviously be added into our original workout, or any of the other workouts within our Workout Database (or Anime Workout Database) – with scaling and tips provided on the main jump rope workouts page if needed.
Ban comes in as one of our most powerful Seven Deadly Sins characters AND one of our most popular SDS characters – so if it wasn’t obvious why he is one of our top choices for joining our Jump Rope Workouts – now it should be!
Don’t have a jump rope!?
Here’s my list of the Top 5 Jump Ropes and Speed Ropes for Every Fitness Level.
But, like I said, this definitely isn’t the first time we’re seeing a Seven Deadly Sins Inspired Workout here at SHJ.
Here are a couple other Seven Deadly Sins Inspired workouts and articles (with routines listed) that we’ve seen here at SHJ:
- Seven Deadly Sins Inspired Workouts
- Most Powerful Seven Deadly Sins Characters of All Time
- Most Popular Seven Deadly Sins Characters of All Time
Now, considering we’ve already seen Ban here in our databases with his full routine, we won’t be going through all his powers and abilities again.
That being said, we WILL be working around his shredded physique, strength, speed, and adding some intensity to make sure we hit all of it in one circuit.
If you want other awesome Seven Deadly Sins Inspired Workouts to plug this into but need help deciding on which one, you can also use our Seven Deadly Sins Workout Placement Quiz to be placed into the best one specifically for you.
But now it’s time for some Ban inspired intensity!
The Ban Inspired Jump Rope Workout
Training Volume:
One Workout
(To Be Repeated)
Explanation:
Our new jump rope workouts can be completed in multiple different formats and are extremely easy to scale. They emulate our Superhuman System and Core Program training and are incredible for both beginner and advanced users. You can complete them by doing the “Rounds” as sets (and breaking in between), or complete the entire thing as a circuit with no break (while keeping track of your time and looking to improve the next time you do it). You can also scale by dropping the sets, or scaling the movements; as well as adding breaks where needed.
Also, don’t forget to eventually level up your jump rope and/or speed rope as you progress through these jump rope workouts.
Want To Upgrade This Workout?
The Superhero Academy now comes with an Upgrade Your Workout Tool that allows Academy members to turn any SHJ workout into a 4-8 week fully planned regime detailing exact weights to lift and including reverse & traditional pyramid training, straight sets, super sets, progressive overload and more.
