It’s very clear that Asta and Yami are the most requested Black Clover Inspired Workouts here at SHJ, and that’s why they’re also the first two Black Clover characters to join our Jump Rope Workouts.
It’s also a happy coincidence (or likely not one at all) that they’re the most jacked.
Yami is not only one of our most popular characters, he’s also one of our most powerful Black Clover characters as well.
Another awesome part of Black Clover is that we have a lot more jump rope workouts coming, and even some of the ladies joining this week considering Black Clover has some strong, badass female characters.

And, as you can tell: this definitely isn’t the first time we’ve had Yami here at SHJ – which is why we’re going to be bypassing the research section and full breakdown of his powers and abilities.
Actually, the biggest portion of this routine will be based around his overall aesthetic and jacked physique.
For that we’re going to be utilizing heavy compound lifts mixed with one of our favorite skip variations and some accessory work as well.
Yami Inspired Jump Rope Workout

Explanation:
Our new jump rope workouts can be completed in multiple different formats and are extremely easy to scale. They emulate our Superhuman System and Core Program training and are incredible for both beginner and advanced users. You can complete them by doing the “Rounds” as sets (and breaking in between), or complete the entire thing as a circuit with no break (while keeping track of your time and looking to improve the next time you do it). You can also scale by dropping the sets, or scaling the movements; as well as adding breaks where needed.
Also, don’t forget to eventually level up your jump rope and/or speed rope as you progress through these jump rope workouts.
