We’re bringing in a couple more One Piece Inspired Workouts this week, and you guys have been requesting another Dracule Mihawk routine since we saw our first one!
We only have Luffy and Zoro jump rope circuits so far among our One Piece routines, so I thought it would be fun to have another swordsman join them for a high intensity calisthenics routine.
I figure The SHJ Army will get a lot out of this one, especially considering our Zoro jump rope circuit was built with weights – so this will be a fun circuit to add in from a swordsman that revolves strictly around bodyweight movements.
Eventually we might even see Dracule join our calisthenics workouts if you guys keep the requests coming, but for now his addition to our Jump Rope Workouts is going to be a good one to get us started.

Being that we’ve already broken down Dracule Mihawk’s overall physique/aesthetic and his abilities on that post we will be skipping that section here and moving right into the circuit for this one.
But, don’t worry, I’ll also be sharing some other One Piece and anime inspired awesomeness below as well before we get into it.

As I said above, for this one I’m going to be building it strictly around calisthenics movements so all our bodyweight trainers can have a One Piece swordsman jump rope circuit to throw into their routine being that our Zoro circuit is built with weights.
That means you better be ready for some high intensity because we are training to get SHREDDED while also building around the strongest swordsman in the world!
Dracule Mihawk Inspired Jump Rope Workout

Explanation:
Our new jump rope workouts can be completed in multiple different formats and are extremely easy to scale. They emulate our Superhuman System and Core Program training and are incredible for both beginner and advanced users. You can complete them by doing the “Rounds” as sets (and breaking in between), or complete the entire thing as a circuit with no break (while keeping track of your time and looking to improve the next time you do it). You can also scale by dropping the sets, or scaling the movements; as well as adding breaks where needed.
Also, don’t forget to eventually level up your jump rope and/or speed rope as you progress through these jump rope workouts.
