We haven’t had a Fairy Tail Inspired Workout hit the site in a while so I figured it’s time to bring in Lucy and bring them back a bit!
We’ve had a ton of females in The SHJ Army crushing our original Lucy Heartfilia (full week of training), so I wanted to make sure we also have a circuit to crush built around her as well.
For those of you new here: the large majority of the workouts I write are for a full week of training (to be repeated for 1-3+ months) around a specific characters appearance, abilities and background – but our jump rope workouts are fun circuits I build so that you guys can step up the intensity and mix it up.

Being that we’ve already broken down Lucy Heartfilia’s overall physique/aesthetic and her abilities in that post we will be skipping that section here and moving right into the circuit for this one.
But, don’t worry, I’ll also be sharing some other Fairy Tail and anime inspired awesomeness below as well before we get into it.

We’ve actually seen Lucy with a rope before, and she definitely has some skill.
We’re also working around her intensity, overall power level, and obviously her physique.
I’ll be keeping it to bodyweight training and working around unlocking a slim and toned physique.
Lucy Heartfilia Inspired Jump Rope Workout

Explanation:
Our new jump rope workouts can be completed in multiple different formats and are extremely easy to scale. They emulate our Superhuman System and Core Program training and are incredible for both beginner and advanced users. You can complete them by doing the “Rounds” as sets (and breaking in between), or complete the entire thing as a circuit with no break (while keeping track of your time and looking to improve the next time you do it). You can also scale by dropping the sets, or scaling the movements; as well as adding breaks where needed.
Also, don’t forget to eventually level up your jump rope and/or speed rope as you progress through these jump rope workouts.
