Our list of the most powerful Jujutsu Kaisen Cursed Techniques is going to be pulling from both the anime and the manga.
If you're anything like me and you're obsessed with JJK, you're likely here because you also read the manga; so this probably doesn't come as a shock.
That said, there are a couple cursed techniques that I believe have obvious placements, and then a few that could move up or down a slot.
For that reason, I placed the obvious and I also pulled from some outside sources and compiled a list of my own top ten compared to other's top tens to make sure it's the most relevant list of the most powerful Cursed Techniques in Jujutsu Kaisen on the internet!

NUMBER TEN: CURSED SPEECH
Technique User: Toge Inumaki
Other Powerful Sukuna Techniques: N/A
Starting off our list and coming in at number ten among the most powerful Jujutsu Kaisen cursed techniques is Toge Inumaki's Cursed Speech!
Similar to a couple other techniques we'll see on this list, Cursed Speech was passed down through the Inumaki Clan to Toge.
This powerful technique gives him the ability to channel cursed energy through his words, making the target of them obey his commands.
This technique is extremely powerful being that there's nothing that can be done to counter it, although it does have its drawbacks, which brings it in at number ten.

NUMBER NINE: PROJECTION TECHNIQUE
Technique User: Naobito and Naoya Zenin
Other Powerful Sukuna Techniques: Falling Blossom Emotion (Naobito)
Next up on our list at number nine among the most powerful cursed techniques in Jujutsu Kaisen is Projection Technique, which is used by both Naobito Zenin and his son Naoya Zenin.
Projection Technique, in my opinion, is a super fun technique and one of the most thoughtful techniques by creator Gege Akutami, but it isn't the most powerful.
While Naoya Zenin has hopes to be as powerful as Gojo and Toji, this technique likely won't get him there - but he is still a force to be reckoned with.
Projection Technique, which Naoya inherited from Naobito, allows them to turn on second into 24 frames and trace a predetermined set of movements using their field of view as the angle of view.

NUMBER EIGHT: PUPPET MANIPULATION
Technique User: Masamichi Yaga
Other Powerful Sukuna Techniques: N/A
Coming in at number eight among the most powerful Jujutsu Kaisen cursed techniques is Masamichi Yaga's Puppet Manipulation.
There's no denying this one is extremely powerful, and I actually had a hard time deciding whether to put it before or after Choso's Blood Manipulation, which one other source had, but then I saw a couple sources put it closer to ten or eleven for its placement!
Masamichi Yaga's Cursed Corpe is able to infuse the dolls he creates with a cursed energy core in order to bring the inanimate objects to life and control them with an incantation. He has developed a wide variety of cursed corpes, including the fan favorite Panda!

NUMBER SEVEN: BLOOD MANIPULATION
Technique User: Choso
Other Powerful Sukuna Techniques: Slicing Exorcism
At number seven on our list of the most powerful cursed techniques in Jujutsu Kaisen is Choso's Blood Manipulation.
I kind of spoiled that for you guys in the last one, but these last two are really driving us into the most powerful techniques in the entire series; and I believe Choso's is one of them.
Blood Manipulation is another inhereted technique that was passed down to Choso that allows him to manipulate his own blood and utilize it in nearly every facet of combat aresenal (techniques like Convergence, Piecing Blood, Supernova and more).
Choso at SHJ:

NUMBER SIX: RIKA
Technique User: Yuta Okkotsu
Other Powerful Sukuna Techniques: Copy
Just missing out the top five most powerful Jujutsu Kaisen cursed techniques is Yuta Okkotsu and Rika.
When I say "just missing", I mean this one JUST missed the top five, to the point where I almost swapped it in.
Rika is an innate technique that Yuta has that allows him to maintain Rika even after she passed away. Rika is no longer a vengeful spirit tethered to Rika's soul but she still remains an insanely powerful curse and an entity that has been referred to as the Queen of Curses.
Yuta Okkotsu at SHJ:

NUMBER FIVE: IDLE TRANSFIGURATION
Technique User: Mahito
Other Powerful Sukuna Techniques: Soul Multiplicity
Starting our list of the top five most powerful cursed techniques in all of Jujutsu Kaisen, and pushing Yuta and Rika out of the slot is Mahito's Idle Transfiguration.
Idle Transfiguration grants him the ability to reshape souls. When he does this it allows him to disfigure the body of his victims, heal his own wounds, transform his appendages into weapons, and a limitless variety of other possible transformations. Mahito can even create a clone that may use Idle Transfiguration on himself, but not on others.
The amount of possibilities and maneuvers Mahito can come up with using Idle Transfiguration is endless, which it what makes it that much more powerful.

NUMBER FOUR: CURSED SPIRIT MANIPULATION
Technique User: Suguru Geto
Other Powerful Sukuna Techniques: Maximum: Uzumaki
Just missing the top three most powerful cursed techniques in Jujutsu Kaisen is Suguru Geto's Cursed Manipulation.
Some of you may argue that as of right now he should swap into the third slot; but I personally thing we've seen enough of the next character already (especially with the foreshadowing from Akutami) to make this a properly placed technique on this list.
Geto's technique allows him to control vagabond cursed spirits. Dominated curses are absorbed into small black orbs that Suguru must ingest orally in order to use. If the difference in grade is more than two levels, Suguru can absorb a curse with no consequences. He's also able to absorb other sorcerer's curses as long as he kills the master first.

NUMBER THREE: TEN SHADOWS
Technique User: Megumi Fushiguro
Other Powerful Sukuna Techniques: Divine Dogs
Falling into the top three most powerful Jujutsu Kaisen cursed techniques is Megumi Fushiguro with his Ten Shadows technique.
This is another inhereted technique, this time passed down in the Zenin Family, which allows Megumi to summon up to ten potential shikigami using his shadows as an intermediary. It also grants him overall manipulation of shadows, allowing him to hide in shadows or store objects within his own shadow.
It has been teased and implied that Megumi has the ability to eventually become as powerful as Gojo, and this is the ability that would get him there.

NUMBER TWO: DISMANTLE AND CLEAVE
Technique User: Sukuna
Other Powerful Sukuna Techniques: Reversed Curse Technique
Coming in at number two among our most powerful Jujutsu Kaisen cursed techniques is that of the King of Curses: Dismantle and Cleave from Sukuna!
Sukuna's slashing attach is normally used for inanimate objects, however it can be used against cursed spirits effectively as well. His cleave is an attack that adjusts itself depending on the target's toughness and cursed energy level to cut them down in one fell swoop.
Pair this with its Domain Expansion and Malevolent Shrine and you have a powerful enough technique to defeat Mahoraga, the strongest shikigami of Ten Shadows...
MOST POWERFUL JUJUTSU KAISEN CURSED TECHNIQUE
NUMBER ONE: LIMITLESS
Technique User: Satoru Gojo
Other Powerful Gojo Techniques: Reverse Cursed Technique & Six Eyes
You might have been able to see this one coming, but coming in at number one among our list of the most powerful Jujutsu Kaisen cursed techniques is Saturu Gojo's Limitless technique.
This one is semi-paired with Six Eyes, though not much is known about Six Eyes other than they play a role in the usage of Limitless and that it is also an inherited ability passed down through the Gojo family.
That said, at the base level, Limitless is an innate technique which is derived from the Gojo family. This technique grants its users nigh-absolute control over space through cursed energy manipulation at an atomic level, resulting in multiple subsequent results and techniques within the overall ability. With the manipulation of space as just the base level of the technique, Limitless has three standard and one "non-standard" form beyond this.
