We saw our Panda Inspired Workout already this week, but I promised that we’ll be having a whole lot more Jujutsu Kaisen inspired workouts coming in!
With the amount of requests from The SHJ Army coming in to have them added to our Anime Workouts Database, it’s hard to ignore them!
As I mentioned in our Panda routine: we’ve already seen our Yuji Itadori Inspired Workout, our Satoru Gojo Workout, and even characters like Aoi Todo, Megumi Fushiguro and Maki Zenin – and Nobara is perfect to be coming in to join Maki as another female!
Not only is she perfect, but she’s also one of the most powerful AND most popular characters thus far, which will also be useful when we go to make some fun listicles.
Nobara Kugisaki Stats:
Real Name: Nabara Kugisaki
Anime: Jujutsu Kaisen
Nobara is quite short.
Obviously we’ve seen other characters around her height, but compared to celebrity females she would be considering in our shortest range.
Supergirl and Erza Scarlet were our shortest at 5’5 before Wasp came in at 5’4 and Kale, Anna and Nina Williams matching her there. BUT, now we have Caulifla at 4’8 and Sailor Moon at 4’11! Katana is just behind her at 5’2.
But the average height for female celebrities on the site is generally more-so ranging from 5’4-5’6 – and our Black Widow is just above that at 5’7 with Spider-Gwen, Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy at 5’8.
But don’t worry, either way.
Not only are these routines for all shapes and sizes – they also work for both men and women – regardless of the gender of the hero.

Nobara Kugisaki Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero, unless I mentioned differently (for example someone like Hulk may get something specifically different)**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.

Nobara Kugisaki Workout Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
After having a halfway decent bio to start us off for Panda we’re back to the short and skimpy Wiki Fandom bio to start with for Nobara.
Here’s what they have to tell us:
Nobara Kugisaki is the tritagonist of Jujutsu Kaisen. She is a first-year at Tokyo Metropolitan Curse Technical College.
Thankfully her powers and abilities section goes into a bit more detail that we’ll actually be able to utilize for this one.
Here’s what they tell us about her overall abilities:
Overall Skill Level: Nobara Kugisaki is a Grade 3 sorcerer. But she has showcased above-average skill when it comes to being a jujutsu sorcerer. Her abilities were enough to be recognized by Aoi Todo and have him recommend her to be promoted to a Grade 1 sorcerer, along with Mei Mei.
They go on to tell us more about her strength and other abilities, stating:
Enhanced Strength: She has been shown to be physically stronger than she looks, capable of kicking away an 80kg Yuji with not much visible effort.
Enhanced Pain Tolerance: Nobara has shown incredible pain tolerance when she faced off against Eso and Kechizu’s cursed technique. During that fight, she not only withstood the Decomposition Technique, but also struck her arm with her nails in order to use them to attack her opponents with Resonance, with some of the nails also having been inserted through her entire wrist.
Weapon Mastery: She has shown exceptional combat skill when using her hammer, nails, straw doll, and rubber mallet.
Great Tactical Intellect: Nobara has demonstrated to have a strong grasp on jujutsu and the various ways she can combat her opponents. This is a result of her Innate technique being very technical and requiring a lot of thought. Nobara has shown her tactical thinking during pretty much every battle she has participated in. The tactical intelligence she has allows Nobara to gain the upper hand in one-on-one battles.
The main thing we’ll be focusing in on here is her enhanced strength.
For this we clearly want to focus on leg strength, and we’ll also be looking to keep the focus on her overall aesthetic, so we’re going to stick to calisthenics with a bit of increased intensity and focus on lower body work.

We’re going to be training with 5 days of calisthenics per week consisting of one upper and core, one lower and core, and two full body days with a big circuit day of training as well.
