Welcome back to our newest category and playlist: The Superhero (or character) Inspired Workout Routine and Video Guides!
Don’t worry, in another week or two I can stop explaining what we’re doing with these and everyone will be caught up!
While most of our workouts are hosted here on the site AND THEN sometimes make it over to our YouTube Channel, these will first show up on YouTube and then replicated here so you can download the PDF version.
We started off with Thor (we wanted a fun kettlebell workout), moved onto Nightwing and then hit Spider-Man, but now it’s time for some Dragon Ball Z!
We actually have a ton of Dragon Ball Z Inspired Workouts, as well as an even bigger selection of Anime Inspired Workouts as well.
But, luckily for you, this one is a quick circuit you can throw into your training with no gym required!
