THE SHJ 4-TIER NUTRITION SYSTEM
While we have our own calculators and guides that are built much more specific (including much different goal-tested and specific protein levels) inside our Superhero Academy these are the four pillars we utilize for our 4-Tier-Nutrition-System.
These are THE most efficient, effective and sustainable grouping of dietary guidelines that have been tested by our coaches, hundreds of members, and seen utilized by hundreds of celebrities.
TIER ONE: Overall Calorie Intake
GOAL: Fat Loss or Muscle Gain
NOTES: We utilize specific numbers for our deficit [for fat loss] and surplus [for fat gain] to optimize muscle retention & fat loss.
TIER TWO: Daily Protein Intake
GOAL: Muscle Retention and/or Growth
NOTES: We utilize 3 different levels of daily protein goals to allow members of all different levels to achieve their numbers.
TIER THREE: Daily Cheat Meals & Indulgences
GOAL: Sustainability
NOTES: You decide how much calories can and will be devoted to your indulgences by utilize our Nutrition System to enable "free" calories.
[OPTIONAL] TIER FOUR: Intermittent Fasting
GOAL: Hunger Control & Appetite Suppression
NOTES: We have three levels of intermittent fasting we utilize, all of which are short-term to allow members to level up.

You CAN choose to add in the below diets as "Secondary" Pillars (even fasting is "Optional" within our System and comes with 3 levels to choose from, like our daily protein intake) - but they are NOT necessary and WILL NOT help you achieve better results just by making the system harder.
