Pull out your jump rope and get ready, because this one is going to be intense.
Technically speaking I was originally considering making all of our jump rope workout routines strictly utilize the rope and calisthenics (like our Jump Rope and Calisthenics 30 Day Superhuman Booklet), but now I’m thinking we can get a good mix.
I mean, characters like Spidey (we just saw a Spider-Man Inspired Jump Rope Workout before this one) will likely be easy to build around calisthenics, but now we’re talking about Superman, and I think it’s only fair that his jump rope workout comes with hints of HEAVY strength building as well.
For that reason I’m going to be giving you some options to use a bar, dumbbells or even a kettlebell for some fun (heavier) movements to pair with your jump rope, while still keeping the Superman inspiration there with it.

And, obviously we’re starting with Spider-Man and Superman for a reason to kick off this new endeavor into our Jump Rope Workouts category, which means we’ve also seen quite a bit of Superman already.
For that reason, as I also did with Spidey, I want to give you some of links to the other Superman Workouts we’ve had so you can go through and get the full scope.
We’ll also be basing this one around Superhuman Strength, Superhuman Speed, Superman’s Physique, and just Superman’s character as a whole; without the need to go back through his powers and abilities like we’ve done many times before.

Explanation:
Our new jump rope workouts can be completed in multiple different formats and are extremely easy to scale. They emulate our Superhuman System training and are incredible for both beginner and advanced users. You can complete them by doing the “Rounds” as sets (and breaking in between), or complete the entire thing as a circuit with no break (while keeping track of your time and looking to improve the next time you do it). You can also scale by dropping the sets, or scaling the movements; as well as adding breaks where needed.
Also, don’t forget to eventually level up your jump rope and/or speed rope as you progress through these jump rope workouts.
