Welcome back to our newest category and playlist: The Superhero (or character) Inspired Workout Routine and Video Guides!
We saw Nightwing from DC Comics so far, and now we’re onto the Man of Steel himself.
We’ve seen Henry Cavill’s workout routine (multiple different versions of it), and a Superman Inspired Workout as well already as Superhero Jacked, but now we’re back for the video guide for this new circuit workout.
If you’re digging these circuit workouts, we also saw a Thor Inspired [Kettlebell] workout, a Spider-Man calisthenics circuit, and even a Goku Inspired Circuit as well!
This one is going to require some weights considering we’re looking to train for Superman’s strength on top of the wide array of other powers he has; but it’s definitely a killer!
Feel free to scale down the single arm push ups and any other movements you might need to while performing these circuits.
Here’s the video guide of Brandon going through a full round, and the workout itself below.
As always, you’ll be able to download the full workout PDF upon joining The SHJ Army (newsletter).
