Deku has QUICKLY become one of the most popular characters on the entire site.
At first we started with All Might’s Workout Routine for My Hero Academia, but then we quickly had Ten MHA Characters and people wanted more and more Deku.
Being a huge My Hero Academia fan myself, I totally get it.
We even have our Anime Themed Workout Booklet because people are loving the Anime Workout Routines so much!
That being said, this isn’t the first time we’re seeing Deku at SHJ (if that wasn’t clear).
We even have a Benchmark Workout Inspired by him within our Superhuman System.
But, we’ve had a handful here on the main site as well.
Here’s just a handful other Deku Inspired Workout Routines we’ve had:
Yeah, that SHJ Army really loves Deku…!
And we’ll still be using his powers, abilities, and overall character to build out this routine as well!
Don’t have a jump rope!?
Here’s my list of the Top 5 Jump Ropes and Speed Ropes for Every Fitness Level.
The only difference this time is that we won’t be going over the entire list of his powers and abilities considering we’ve already been through those a few times already.
For this one I do actually want to focus in on one thing in particular.
While we have had characters like Goku and Superman that are ALREADY strong and therefore incorporate weight training to adhere to that, I want to actually build this routine around Deku’s continuous motivation to improve and make the workout follow his progress.
For that we’ll be using mainly calisthenics with our jump rope, but you’ll notice that with both the rope movements and the specific calisthenics movements I choose they will progress in difficulty as you progress through the actual workout.
Get ready!
The Deku Inspired Jump Rope Workout
Training Volume:
One Workout
(To Be Repeated)
Explanation:
Our new jump rope workouts can be completed in multiple different formats and are extremely easy to scale. They emulate our Superhuman System training and are incredible for both beginner and advanced users. You can complete them by doing the “Rounds” as sets (and breaking in between), or complete the entire thing as a circuit with no break (while keeping track of your time and looking to improve the next time you do it). You can also scale by dropping the sets, or scaling the movements; as well as adding breaks where needed.
Also, don’t forget to eventually level up your jump rope and/or speed rope as you progress through these jump rope workouts.
Want more like this?
If you want more training similar to this one you can grab our Jump Rope & Calisthenics 30 Day Superhuman Booklet that is built off the aspects we utilize in our Superhuman System and revolves around strictly jump rope and calisthenics to level you up!
Want To Upgrade This Workout?
The Superhero Academy now comes with an Upgrade Your Workout Tool that allows Academy members to turn any SHJ workout into a 4-8 week fully planned regime detailing exact weights to lift and including reverse & tradition pyramid training, straight sets, super sets, progressive overload and more.
