INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop of preferred protein powder (I prefer PEScience)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 large egg
- /4 tsp salt
- liquid (I prefer water or almond milk) to thin out your batter
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- Melt the butter in a measuring cup or mixing bowl.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and combine using a fork.
- Preheat your waffle iron and pour 1/2 of your recipe into it.
- Close the lid and cook until cooked and browned. Repeat with remaining batter.
- Serve immediately with additional butter, zero calorie spray butter, or sugar free syrup.
- Enjoy!
