It’s no secret that I’m a Baki fanboy.
Baki is one of my favorite anime up there with shows like Dragon Ball Z and My Hero Academia (among others).
Baki is also on our list of The Most Powerful Anime Characters of All Time.
Which is why I’m bringing him back with a jump rope inspired workout to achieve not only his incredibly shredded physique, but to also combine that with the attempt to unlock his abilities.
This isn’t the first time we’re seeing Baki, obviously, and you’ve like seen him in our Anime Workouts Database; but this he’ll be joining just a handful of anime characters in our Jump Rope Workouts Database.
For this one we’re going to be combining the rope, sure, but we’ll also be including both calisthenics and some weights as well because we’ve learned Baki not only can SHRED through pull ups and push ups without us even seeing it happen; but he can also bench over three hundred pounds with ease.

The Baki Inspired Jump Rope Workout
Training Volume:

Explanation:
Our new jump rope workouts can be completed in multiple different formats and are extremely easy to scale. They emulate our Superhuman System training and are incredible for both beginner and advanced users. You can complete them by doing the “Rounds” as sets (and breaking in between), or complete the entire thing as a circuit with no break (while keeping track of your time and looking to improve the next time you do it). You can also scale by dropping the sets, or scaling the movements; as well as adding breaks where needed.
Also, don’t forget to eventually level up your jump rope and/or speed rope as you progress through these jump rope workouts.
