Next up for our Jump Rope Workouts Database is Tanjiro Kamado!
Similar to our other anime character that made it into our Jump Rope Workouts this week, Satoru Gojo, we haven’t seen Tanjiro for a while here at SHJ.
Our original Tanjiro Kamado Inspired Workout was really a beginner oriented cosplay style routine, so while I want to revisit Tanjiro a few times here – this is a great start to add another variation to our Anime Workouts Database.
We have actually been lucky enough to hit enough Demon Slayer Inspired Workouts to even warrant a mini-database within the larger Workout Database – which just shows you how popular it is among some of the other big anime out right now.
For this one we’ll be prioritizing a jump rope instead of a sword – but we will be keeping the sword at the back of our minds while we write this routine out.
Don’t have a jump rope!?
Here’s my list of the Top 5 Jump Ropes and Speed Ropes for Every Fitness Level.
Speaking of those Demon Slayer Inspired Workouts – I do want to share some of my current favorites!
Here are a few other Demon Slayer Inspired Workouts we’ve seen here at SHJ:
- The Tanjiro Kamado Inspired Workout
- The Mitsuri Kanroji Inspired Workout
- The Kyorjuro Rengoku Inspired Workout
- The Giyu Tomioka Inspired Workout
But before we get too far ahead of ourselves, I do want to talk about why we’re not breaking down Tanjiro’s powers and abilities here in this one.
In our original workout we talked about his powers and abilities, so for this one we’re jumping right into a high intensity jump rope circuit that allows us unleash our inner Tanjiro – but within a quick, repeatable, intense routine.

Training Volume:

(To Be Repeated)
Explanation:
Our new jump rope workouts can be completed in multiple different formats and are extremely easy to scale. They emulate our Superhuman System and Core Program training and are incredible for both beginner and advanced users. You can complete them by doing the “Rounds” as sets (and breaking in between), or complete the entire thing as a circuit with no break (while keeping track of your time and looking to improve the next time you do it). You can also scale by dropping the sets, or scaling the movements; as well as adding breaks where needed.
Also, don’t forget to eventually level up your jump rope and/or speed rope as you progress through these jump rope workouts.
Want To Upgrade This Workout?
The Superhero Academy now comes with an Upgrade Your Workout Tool that allows Academy members to turn any SHJ workout into a 4-8 week fully planned regime detailing exact weights to lift and including reverse & traditional pyramid training, straight sets, super sets, progressive overload and more.
