We’ve already had Tanjiro and even Nezuko grace our Jump Rope Workouts Database, and now it’s time for Zenitsu.
You guys are enjoying these Demon Slayer characters be brought to life within these single jump rope circuits, so we’ll keep them going for as long as you want to add them into your full weekly workouts you find within our Anime Workouts Database.
We have obviously seen each one of them on their own prior (fully weekly workouts) with our Tanjiro Inspired Workout, Nezuko Inspired Workout and Zenitsu Inspired Workout – but sometimes these one of circuits make it nice and easy to be able to train like multiple characters in one week.
It’s also nice to be able to spice up our Demon Slayer Inspired Workouts and increase the results of our Demon Slayer Workout Placement Quiz.
And you best believe this one is going to be working on speed – but we’ll be talking about that a bit more below.
Don’t have a jump rope!?
Here’s my list of the Top 5 Jump Ropes and Speed Ropes for Every Fitness Level.
But, as I said, this is definitely not the first Demon Slayer Inspired Workout we’ve seen.
Here are a couple other Demon Slayer Inspired workouts and articles (with routines listed) that we’ve seen here at SHJ:
- Zenitsu Inspired Workout Routine
- The Most Powerful Demon Slayer Characters of All Time
- The Most Popular Demon Slayer Characters of All Time
We already know all about Zenitsu’s powers and abilities, and we also went over his Thunder Breathing and form.
He uses Thunderclap and Flash which drives him forward at what is basically lightspeed.
For that reason this workout will be not only relying on building up the endurance and intensity of a Demon Slayer, but also the speed that comes along with Zenitsu’s style.
The Zenitsu Inspired Jump Rope Workout
Training Volume:
One Workout
(To Be Repeated)
Explanation:
Our new jump rope workouts can be completed in multiple different formats and are extremely easy to scale. They emulate our Superhuman System and Core Program training and are incredible for both beginner and advanced users. You can complete them by doing the “Rounds” as sets (and breaking in between), or complete the entire thing as a circuit with no break (while keeping track of your time and looking to improve the next time you do it). You can also scale by dropping the sets, or scaling the movements; as well as adding breaks where needed.
Also, don’t forget to eventually level up your jump rope and/or speed rope as you progress through these jump rope workouts.
